Frequently Asked Questions

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please keep this in mind when you are purchasing your products! If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, email support@modmickey.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, email support@modmickey.com with a picture and we will work with you to correct the problem.

It takes 2–7 business days to fulfill your order. Fulfillment is the time it takes our manufacturer to make, package, and ship your order. Shipping time depends on product availability and the destination. Your order should be delivered between 2-4 weeks. These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Your order may be split into different shipments to get it to you as quickly as possible. 

Yes! We ship globally except for Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may periodically change.
